Welcome to Decoding High Performance (the "Show", "we", "us"). This website, decodinghighperformance.com (the "Site"), and the Show are operated by ELLEUMINATE PTE LTD (UEN 202418521C), 1 Raffles Quay, Level 49, Singapore. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What the Site is for

The Site shares episodes and information about Decoding High Performance, hosted by Nina Devouge, and lets you join our community or, if invited, book a podcast prep call or recording.

2. Joining the community

When you join the community we collect your first name, last name and email address so we can send you updates about the Show. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

3. Guests, bookings and recordings

  • Prep call and recording booking pages are available by invitation only. Please do not share these links.
  • Guests based in Singapore record in person at our studio; guests outside Singapore record virtually.
  • Guests complete a Bio and Waiver form before recording. Recording and release terms are set out in that form and apply in addition to these Terms.
  • We may reschedule, decline or cancel a booking where needed, and will let you know as soon as we can.
  • Appearing on the Show does not guarantee a release date. Release dates may change.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site and in the Show, including episodes, audio, video, clips, text, graphics, logos and the name "Decoding High Performance", belongs to ELLEUMINATE PTE LTD or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may share links to episodes and quote short excerpts with credit to the Show. You may not copy, republish, sell or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

5. Your conduct

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit false information, or use it for unlawful purposes.

6. No professional advice

The Show and Site are for information and inspiration only. Nothing on them is career, legal, financial, medical or other professional advice. Views expressed by guests are their own. Please seek advice from a qualified professional before acting on anything you hear or read here.

7. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party platforms and websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site and Show are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind and are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
